What a lovely week we have had here in London. It's wonderful to see and feel the Sun and so uplifting for sure. It was so warm yesterday, it felt more like Summer! It's this time of year when I yearn for the Seaside, to smell the sea air and hear the sounds of the Sea. It is just not quite the same on CD :-)
So now we have it our first Day Trip of the year on 18th April and we will be visiting Eastbourne which is just awesome. If you love views, you are just going to love the views from Beachy Head and we will have a lunch stop at a pub on top of the cliff. If it's a beautiful day then we can meditate on the beach.

A perfect opportunity to meet new like-minded Spiritual Friends and have some great conversations, enjoy nature and get a little exercise. We always have a perfect mix of new and regulars and everyone is always made to feel most welcome.
We never get anywhere fast and our walks are usually at a slow enough pace to enjoy chatting with new friends, to take in and appreciate the views along the way and to maybe stop and take some photos.
